  • Cancellations made more than 20 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made 5 to 19 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Icon SaiGon Cruise

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Elite of SaiGon Cruise

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Note:
In the event that the cruise cannot operate due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Sai Gon River Cruise will issue a full refund to the customer.

2. Conditions and Restrictions of Service Provision

  • Geographical Scope: Our services are provided within Vietnam only.

  • Holiday Announcements: Special holiday schedules and service updates will be announced on the official fanpage of Sai Gon River Cruise.

3. Responsibilities During Transactions

a. Responsibilities of Sai Gon River Cruise

  • Provide the correct services as described on the website.

  • Ensure the correct number of tickets or services booked by the customer.

  • Contact customers promptly if any issues arise, such as service unavailability or booking problems.

b. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for booking, such as email address and phone number.

  • Notify Sai Gon River Cruise promptly if any issues occur, such as service cancellation or changes to personal information (email, address, phone number, etc.).
