Cruises have limited seating and are often fully booked, especially on weekends. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance.

Our website provides an online booking system with Visa payment. However, please contact us in advance to check availability before making a reservation.

Booking Procedure:

Step 2: Let us know the type of ticket you would like to book. La Que Travel will check availability and send you a booking link.

Step 3: Make payment
All tickets must be paid in advance and are subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
Each cruise’s cancellation policy is clearly stated on our website. Please read it carefully before making payment.

We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways such as PayPal and 2Checkout.

Step 4: Ticket issuance
After receiving your payment, we will issue an e-ticket with a QR code. Simply arrive at the ticket counter at the scheduled time. Once your QR code is scanned, our staff will guide you to your reserved table.

After booking, your e-ticket will include all necessary information for boarding, such as the boarding location, boarding time, QR code for check-in, and your reserved table number.

Guests are advised to arrive at the check-in counter on time and present their e-ticket to the staff for verification before boarding. After completing the check-in process, please follow the staff’s instructions to proceed to the cruise.

An electric shuttle cart will be available to transfer guests from the check-in counter to the boarding pier.
