Cruises have limited seating and are often fully booked, especially on weekends. Therefore, we recommend booking your tickets in advance. 

Our website offers an online booking system with Visa payment. However, you are required to contact us in advance to check availability before making a reservation.

Here is procedure for booking tickets online:

Step 1: You contact the company directly via Hotline – 0986424295 ( Whatsapp, Zalo, Call)

Step 2: You choose the type of ticket you need to book. La Que Travel will check the availability, then send you link to book.

Step 3: Payment

All tickets must be paid in advance and are subject to cancellation and refund policies.
The cancellation policy for each cruise is clearly stated on our website. Please read it carefully before making payment. 

Step 4: Issue the ticket

After receiving your payment, we will issue an e-ticket with a QR code for you. Simply arrive at the ticket counter at the scheduled time. After the QR code is scanned, the cruise staff will assist you to your reserved table. 

After booking your ticket, the e-ticket will include all necessary instructions for boarding the cruise, such as the boarding location, boarding time, QR code for check-in, and your reserved table number.

Guests should arrive at the check-in counter at the scheduled time and present their e-ticket to the staff for check-in before boarding. After completing the check-in process, please follow the staff’s instructions to board the cruise.

An electric shuttle cart will be provided to take guests from the check-in counter to the boarding pier. 🚢
