Cancellations made more than 20 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.
Cancellations made 5 to 19 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.
Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
Elite of SaiGon Cruise
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.
Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the departure date will incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total price.

Note:
In the event that the cruise cannot operate due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Sai Gon River Cruise will issue a full refund to the customer.

Geographical Scope: Our services are provided within Vietnam only.
Holiday Announcements: Special holiday schedules and service updates will be announced on the official fanpage of Sai Gon River Cruise.
3. Responsibilities During Transactions

b. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information required for booking, such as email address and phone number.
Notify Sai Gon River Cruise promptly if any issues occur, such as service cancellation or changes to personal information (email, address, phone number, etc.).
